I still can't post on Instagram, it continues to say API permission denied

Hi @DoertheR4. Is the Instagram account a personal account or a business page. Only business pages can be connected to Constant Contact. In order to connect the Instagram page, you will need to be logged in as an admin, editor or moderator for the page. You can confirm this on Facebook by going to the Page > Page Settings > Page Roles. Otherwise, you will not be able to connect the page. You will also want to try disconnecting the account and reconnecting to ensure all the permissions are set.
