Is there a way to filter out certain Contacts from Salesforce so their information isn't imported to Constant Contact? Not all our Contacts in Salesforce should receive our marketing emails from Constant Contact.

Hi @InterfaithCoalition ,

Great question! Are you using the Constant Contact Salesforce integration, or are you exporting your contacts from Salesforce and importing them manually?

If you are using the integration, you get the option to import all of the contacts, all of your leads, or all of the contacts and leads from a Salesforce campaign. At this time, there is not a way to pick and choose specific contacts, as the sync is automatic based on what time interval you set up.

If you are exporting them from Salesforce and importing them manually, I would suggest removing the contacts you do not want to import from the excel sheet, before you import them into Constant Contact. It would be easiest to do this in excel, before they are present in the Constant Contact account.
