Invalid email address


Invalid email address

A member asked me to add her to our email newsletter. I entered her email address - which is valid - but I get an invalid entry. I can't find anything in the Constant Contact FAQs or help center to determine what constitutes an invalid entry. I have a name, the @ symbol, a domain and *.org. Help.
