Is Constant Contact better for email than our Donor Database?


We're recently moved our donor database to Bloomerang. So far, things are going well. We also use Constant Contact for our email blasts. These emails go to both donors and non-donors.

We've been using Constant Contact for our bulk emails.


My boss wants us to do our weekly emails to the community in Bloomerang. But our Communications Coordinator likes the design features of Constant Contact. So -- have any of you used Constant Contact and compared it to Bloomerang newsletter features?


I would like to keep Constant Contact, but need more justification.

In Bloomerang, can you see who opened your emails and what links they clicked on?

Can you design as well in Bloomerang as in Constant contact?
