Is SURVEY down?

I clicked on create a survey and just get a blank white screen.

Hi @consultant-Writer-Photographer. There haven't been any reported site issues with the survey tool. As a first step, I'd recommend doing some basic troubleshooting, even something as simple as closing and reopening your browser. We have an article outlining additional connectivity troubleshooting steps to take to help you get back to working in your account.
