Is it possible to speak to a real person


We've had a change in personnel and I need to speak with a human being but I keep being pushed to the automated chat, which has been entirely unhelpful, or to an automated system on the phone.

We have agents available for you Monday - Saturday at the hours I have listed below. The main number when calling into general support is 866-289-2101. Once the automated system has located and confirmed the account you will be routed to an agent for support.

At the time of writing this reply, we have been experiencing longer hold/wait times before getting to a phone agent.

Please hold on with us as we all work through the call queue as fast as we can.
