Hi, just signed up.

We are planning to start email campaigns to 5k+ email ids.

Is there any daily send limit for verified and non-verified contacts?

Thanks,

R

Hello @user051944 ,

There isn't a daily send limit, it would just be a matter of your emails being interrupted if they receive too many spam reports and/or unsubscribes when sent out. If you're still on a trial account, your cap is 100 emails until you have a paid account (Email or Email Plus).

With that said, if you haven't already uploaded your list of 5k+ contacts, you'll likely need to speak with our list review team before you're able to send out emails. Reviews are an important part of our business, as it helps mitigate spam and scam accounts, ensure compliant emailing, and to safeguard sending reputations for you, our other customers, and for our company as a whole.

If for whatever reason you're unable to call in or stay on the line, we can get a ticket submitted for a callback. Please be aware this ticket has a 24-business hour turnaround, depending on the size of their queue. If you need us to do this, just let us know.

Additionally, could you elaborate on what you mean by verified and unverified contacts? Are you just referring to the list review process? Or are you referring to express vs implied permission?
