Trying to send myself preview it’s not working to google emails. Please help! 


Hello @ErinG7. Thanks for coming into the Community! I'm sorry that you are having trouble receiving your test emails. I don't see any holds on your account that would prevent emails from sending so there are a few things we can review.


You mentioned that you were sending to a Google email. If you are using Gmail and have a Promotions folder, I would see if the email might have landed there after it was sent. Emails sent through Constant Contact typically end up in this folder because we are an Email Service Provider. Also, are you having trouble receiving all test emails or is only certain ones that are not coming through?


We have a specialized team that handles more advanced deliverability issues so I would give that team a call if you are not seeing emails come through.
