Issues importing contacts for Google

I've reviewed the help topic on importing contacts from google. However I don't get the option to import my contacts.

Hello @LandraP8 ,

 

We're sorry to hear you've had some trouble getting your contacts brought over from Google. When you go to Integrations and select Google and Import Contacts, what happens?
