After trying to publish a Facebook Lead I am getting this message "Issues were found with your ad that will need to be resolved before you are able to publish." with a Botton to resolve. It then goes back to the ad with all ticks and shows no errors. Have remade the ad and still the same.

Do you know if the ad was deleted from the Facebook business manager side at any point? Does recreating the ad from scratch on our side allow it through?
