Convert your file to a normal XLS or a CSV file.

Same problem here- tried xlsx and csv, neither works.  PDF works.  very frustrating.

Hello @BryanT014,

 

If you are trying to upload contacts into your account, PDF will not be an option. Click here for our accepted formats. If you are uploading into your Library, PDF will be fine to use in your templates. Thanks!
