My item pricing did not calculate correctly and charged a higher pricing. Any ideas why that would happen? Another customer was charged correctly.

Hello @KarenM4937 ,

 

Can you provide an example of which item had the issue, and what event it was associated with? Have you checked the item's pricing and quantity in the event's setting to make sure they match up with what was being offered?

Otherwise, it may be better to either:

  • call general support for live troubleshooting
  • respond to the automated @ mention email you receive from this response with:
    1. the name of the event
    2. the name of the affected registrant
    3. the name of the affected item(s)
    4. what exactly was charged / a copy of the receipt
