Itemized Receipt

Hello, 

Our accounting department has requested an itemized receipt showing each month broken down to total to the yearly subscription cost. Can you please provide me with a way to request this? I waited on hold for a very long time today with no success in reaching someone to talk to about this.

Hello Samantha,

My apologies for the hold time today when you called in. I'm guessing you may have already seen this option, but as far as what's available within your account you can generate your payment and invoice activity for a year long date range that will include all payments, credits, and monthly invoices for the year range. It can be emailed or printed with detailed or basic versions of each invoice, which should include most of the information you're looking for. However, it might not be totaled quite in the way your accounting department is looking for. 

If you are looking for something different than that, then you were correct that the best course of action would be to contact our billing support team.

I talked to the Billing support team today and they said they would send me an itemized receipt. Are you able to see if they are going to do that?

It looks like the case is currently being worked on by Billing. As soon as they have an update, they'll notify you directly.
