Junk mail

Hello!  I've tried working with your template and sent a test email to a few contacts.  The email went to their 'Junk' folder.  How can I safeguard against that from happening?  We are interesting in possibly purchasing this service.  Thanks!

Hello @AshleyV84 ,

 

Test emails tend to lack the authentication of live sends, which can cause them to land in junk folders a bit more often. With that said, if your particularly concerned about any spam filtering of your emails, I'd recommend speaking directly with our Deliverability team. They'll have the specialized insight to help you make sure you're doing everything possible to ensure delivery - including providing guidance on authentication if necessary.

 

Additionally, here's some helpful tips regarding better deliverability.
