Keep getting error notification when submitting event response

I created an event in Constant Contact and have made it live.  When I went into trial the event out before sending it out I keep getting this response whenever I go to hit "Submit" or "Continue" at the bottom.

 

"We're sorry but we've experienced an error processing your request.
Please contact the Event Organizer."

Hello @OnB ,

 

Sorry that you are having issues with testing out your event. What are your exact steps that led to this error message? What is the sample email address that you are trying to use? If you can, please try an alternate test email address and see if that different one is able to make it through the registration process completely.
