Kliken/Google form not working

After I fill out the information on getting a Google Ads account, nothing happens. The page just refreshes and the form is empty again.

Hello @Undesert ,

 

When you get to the page to enter your info, are you able to click the Sign In in the top-right corner, enter in your existing google account info or the info you submitted earlier, and continue through the process? If not, I'd advise reaching out to Kliken's support for further troubleshooting.
