I've set up a Shoppable Landing Page, which is great but the reporting isn't showing any of the conversions OR adding those conversions into the specified email list.
I know that I have received orders as I receive a confirmation of purchase from . The purchasers email should default to my purchased_landingpage email list. From there I have an automated email series set up. But none of the purchasers have yet been added to that list.
Any suggestions on timing or fixes?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm sorry to hear this is the experience you're having with your Shoppable Landing page. With that said, there is an opt-in check box on your form. Are you seeing contacts not appearing in your list after checking this box?
Checking this box and submitting their information, grants us permission to email them. If they do not check off this box they can still purchase your item, but will not be added to your contact list. While on the other hand, the conversion rate is the rate that the unique visitors to your landing page complete the sign-up process and become contacts. So if sign-ups are not opting in to receive your emails, they will not be tracked as a conversion. Contacts that were already on your list are also not included in this rate.
