Landing Page for a white paper download

Hello CC community. I am doing a LinkedIn advertisement where I will promote a white paper for download. 

According to the people at LinkedIn, I have to make a landing page as they don’t deliver the white paper from their website. 

Is there a way that our Constant Contact landing page can be made to simple deliver a white paper automatically to anyone that visits the address?  Thank you all for helping.

You could make a custom landing page that can host a link to your white paper. Similarly, if you're looking for email sign ups, you could use a landing page sign up form as the redirect from the ad, and include the white paper as part of the thank you page.
