Campaigns sent in the last few weeks have had a large spike in unique clicks that appear to be auto responses from server firewall software. Every link in the email is clicked - all within the first few minutes of sending by multiple recipients at the same company. Is Constant Contact addressing this issue?
I can absolutely understand why you would want to be able to filter-out those automated clicks. If you've seen a spike in those automated clicks, it seems likely that you are correct, and those are coming from a firewall or other security program that is ensuring the links do not lead somewhere malicious. Currently there is not a way to filter these out of your reporting, but I'm adding you to the feature request for that option.
