Letters appearing on screen slower & slower

Was typing away at a pretty good speed, looked up and noticed the words were appearing on the screen way behind what I was typing--about 15 words behind. Rebooted my computer, tried two other computers, switched Constant Contact templates, but none of this had an effect. I have called customer support 3 times now and they seem to have no solution. I am on the verge of switching companies.

I do apologize that you are having this experience! It does sound like you may be experiencing a connection issue. Please attempt our troubleshooting steps listed here to see if that resolves this. You may also need to contact your Internet Service Provider for more troubleshooting steps as well.

Is it possible to re-set my connection with Constant Contact to see if there may be a glitch that needs a jolt?

To reset the connection, you will want to restart your router and computer which may help with your speed!
