Why can I not access my media library? This is holding up our operation!

Hello @MimiS4 ,

 

Can you provide any elaboration on your issue? Are you receiving a specific error message you can screencap or provide the exact wording of? Are you trying to access the Library through the email editor or through the top navigation bar tab? Is the issue occurring in other browsers, or in Incognito/Private browsing?
