Hello I have not been able to send a campaign because an error message says it is limited to 5000. My database includes less than that. Can you please help me? I need to send end it today. How will I do in the future if campaigns are limited? Ça
Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your email campaign! I can understand how important it is to easily schedule your email to all of your contacts. In fact I have taken a look at your account and can see your most recent campaign has been sent. Are you still in need of assistance? If so please let us know which campaign you are working on, the browser and a screenshot of the message you are seeing. Although our contact levels play a factor in our billing prices there is no limit of how many contacts you can send to.
