Line Spacing Inaccurate

Does anyone else find the line spacing feature inconsistent? It looks fine on my draft, but my emailed campaigns do not maintain the line spacing that I set! I either get single or double spacing, but the 1.2 or 1.5 only show accurately in my draft, not on the final product. What am I doing wrong, or is there a glitch?

Hi @LANI.org ,

I certainly apologize that you are experiencing issues with the line spacing. If you are copying and pasting the text into the block, this could possible be an issue caused by that. If that is the case, I recommend dragging in a blank text block, and either typing the text into that block, or pasting it into NotePad (PC) or TextEdit (Mac), and then copying it out of that program back into Constant Contact. This removes all of the extra formatting that could be causing problems.

If you are not copying and pasting the text, or seeing it when you test or live send the email to yourself, it could be a display issue with a specific email client. In that case, I recommend giving our support team a call at 866-289-2101 so that they can do some more targeted troubleshooting with you.
