Hi I have sent an email out with a few links, and now I want to make sure that does links are not generally available on the web. I have deleted the source files and cleared the trash but the links are still working. Is there a way to fix this issue so that when people go to the email and click the link it is no longer linked to the documents.
We have seen cases where deleting and image or document does not break the file's URL. This is actually a defect we are continuing to troubleshoot. With a document we would recommend replacing the document with a blank one prior to deleting from the library. This may take up to 15 minutes and require clearing browsers cache to see the blank document. However in your case, since you have already deleted the document from your library, we would recommend calling into our Support for further assistance. These agents will be able to manually break your link while maintaining your account security.
Hi Frankie, we have tried to contact the Support desk but there is no answer. Is there any other way we can have the link broken to these?
