I received an error message with no explanation of why. After clicking retry multiple times still no success. A reason why with error message would be helpful... please follow up on this issue if possible thanks

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I have passed along your feedback on the error messaging in Social Inbox, and tracked that you are experiencing this issue. We will send you an email if/when we are able to get this fixed. 


Our current workaround is: Click into the details page of the failed post, scroll to the "Performance by Social Network" section at the bottom, and click the Retry button
