I recently sent out an internal newsletters and all of the links within that email, whether they were inserted documents or URLs, do not work in the finished email. When clicking on them, they'll go to an error message: This site can’t be reached Check if there is a typo in r20.rs6.net. If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN When I manually check each URL and copy and paste it to another browser, all of the links work as intended. It's only when the email campaign has been sent that the links break.

Hello @Arvada.Fire ,

This would be due to your internal security program refusing to open the tracking links necessary for Compliance and reporting. I'd advise reaching out to your IT to make sure our domains are getting safelisted.

It would also likely help if you get your account setup for email self-authentication, based on your current domain. Sending internal comms through us without it may result in your emails being treated more harshly for security reasons. Your IT can assist with getting your account setup for this as well. If you have further questions about email authentication or self-authentication, I'd recommend speaking with our Delivery team directly.

I am a recipient of an email that has the same problem. I am not with a big company. The only links that do not work are the ones in a constant contact email. All my links from other emails including work. I would love to know how to fix this problem for me and my clients. r20.rs6.net appeared this week.

Hello @Dgarlandwilks70 ,

r20.rs6.net is the tracking functionality, and isn't something new. Please refer to my earlier comment for instructions on getting switched to self-authentication, as well as what domains may need to be safelisted if you're still having issues.

I have the same problem.  All calls to r20.rs6.net produce errors.  I have done everything I know how re safelisting.  Please provide a solution.

I'd recommend checking your active browser extensions, VPN, ad/pop-up blockers, or other security programs on your device and network to make sure all domains we utilize have been safelisted. If you have questions on how to safelist those elements in your network or device, I'd recommend reaching out to your IT or the support of the applicable security program for further assistance.
