I have had my initial calls and also my kickoff call - but despite being paid up we still have the list size restriction in place. I was placed on hold for over an hour last Friday and I've been on hold for 20 minutes so far today. If my account isn't activated I am just going to charge you back and take my business to

We apologize for the long hold time, but list reviews are a necessary part of our business to ensure deliverability rates and compliance. To make sure you're helped we did get a ticket submitted to our review team, and they should be reaching out within the next 48 business hours. That said, it's still recommended you call into them directly for the quickest response.

I talked to a very nice specialist after you filed the ticket, thank you. She reviewed us and said we were good to go, so today we loaded a campaign and attempted to send a test internally prior to send - which resulted in our account being locked. I don't get it, I called again, another 20 minutes of phone tree death and I just hung up. If we can't get this off the ground, we'll look elsewhere.

I went ahead and got a ticket submitted to the Review team so they can take another look at the account. They should be reaching back out within the next 48 business hours.
