I am on list review, i place a call to the contact center and everything checked out but i am still on list review and have not been able to reach your team since then.

For your account security we are unable to go into these List Reviews here in the Community. Although you called in to speak with our List Review Specialists, it appears there was a bad connection. In fact this agent was unable to hear you well and sent you a follow-up email yesterday at 3:37pm. Have you received this email? If so I would recommend responding to it directly with the requested details.
That is the problem, i didnt receive any email regarding that. All i got was a customer expericence survey.
Here are all the emails i have received from constant contact, and there is nothing in my spam folder either.
