How do I edit or remove my address that automatically popped up on the background?

Hello @NaomiS6719 ,

 

Can you clarify what you mean by the address on the background, where are you seeing this exactly? If you are referring to the physical address that is located at the bottom or footer of your email campaign. That physical address is legally required to display in your email's footer, it’s required under CAN-SPAM ACT for all commercial emails and cannot be removed. However, if that address that you have entered in that field is incorrect from what needs to be listed it can be updated to a different one, I have provided the steps on how to update it here for your convenience.
