Log in to My account

I cannot log into my account. The "Forgot Password" did not recognize my account that I have had for many years, possibly as far back as 2004. I cannot log into my account to review the opens on the email I sent on 4/12/2021 and on 4/13/2021

Hello @GenevaA3 ,

 

If you've had an account with us, make sure you're entering your username when recovering your password. If you can't remember the login username for your account, you'll need to enter the account's main email address for the recover username process.
