Hi, we set up an abandoned cart email after connecting WooCommerce to Constant Contact.
On our email, our logo does not show up, but our product image does https://cloudup.com/cI61GejKDpW
I saw your support knowledge base article that this can depend on the email client, and this is the link you give for gmail https://support.google.com/mail/answer/145919?hl=en
I checked the settings in gmail, and it IS set to show external images, see here https://cloudup.com/cee-Gckq5A5
However, can you explain why it's just the logo that doesn't show up?
We inserted the logo by uploading through your images system.
The product image, I assume, is taken directly from the website's URL.
Could it have to do with that?
Nonetheless, how do we fix this?
Right now we have no way to edit the abandoned cart email, and it is soooo weird that if we put our business name in big letters at the top, and then our logo will say the exact same thing. So we don't want our business name repeated twice. But that means the logo has to show up reliably for our users.
