I went in today to send a newsletter and apparently my account has been deleted! I've been a customer for a long time and this amazes me. My last newsletter sent in August. I think it may be because my credit card renewed and I need to update the info but CC doesn't even recognize me and forces me to setup a new account? Seriously? This is what, 30 days, and now I have lost my mailing list formatted newsletters and all historical content? Please tell me this is a simple mistake as I have no email warnings, etc of anything wrong.
