Hello, Constant Contact:
In regard to an e-mail sent, today (September 1, 2020) concerning your 3rd-gen editor and clients not being able to copy current e-mails after October 1, 2020...
Since you’re asking your clients to potentially re-create all of their existing e-mail templates:
Does this apply to only LEGACY E-mails and not the e-mails listed as Email?
Will we be able to keep the current Email type and still copy them after October 1st?
If we copied a number of current LEGACY e-mails, kept them as Drafts, would we still be able to use those after October 1st until we ran out?
We can re-develop our templates; however, it really wasn’t on the radar at this time.
Please advise.
Thanks.
Hello @frankp59423 ,
The ability to copy only Legacy Emails is being taken away. Any still in Draft at the time of your account's retirement can still be edited and sent, but they won't be able to be copied. Anything that just has Email under the name is using our current editor is 100% available for copying.
