I'm looking more specifically for backend development and fixes from site audits ran by SEMrush, Goolgle, PageSpeed Insights diagnostics, etc.

The first link provided failed.  In the second link, 2 of the agencies sent were re: marketing and communications. I will try the 3rd for Activate. Would you have any Web Builder developer partnerships in Canada?
