Low Engagement/Cold Subscribers

I'm wondering if I can run a report to find out the low engagement contacts/cold subscribers for a single contact list and not all contacts at once.

Hello @TracyS632 ,

 

You can run a segment with the criteria of:

 

Contact Activity > Engagement > is > whatever engagement level you wish to select

 

+ Add Criteria Section

 

List Membership > On List > the specific list you want

 

From there you can export your segment, add your segment to a list, directly email the segment, etc.
