Another clear pdf newsletter that appears blurry on the preview screen. I hope this is not how the public receives their copy of newsletter as this is not acceptable for legibility reasons.
Hi @CindiP. It looks like you brought up a similar concern a month ago regarding your PDF appearing blurry. Because your original PDF was larger than 600 pixels wide (I measured it as 816 pixels), it had to be compressed in order to fit in our templates which have a maximum width of 600 pixels. I would suggest making your PDF smaller prior to uploading so there is less compressing.
The PDFs I've tried to upload, as well as the png images, all end up low resolution. Yes, they were within the recommended pixel range. "Constant Contact compresses any image that's over 1200 pixels wide, and the image's height is reduced proportionally."
I've followed the recommended procedures. What's up with this? It's clearly a problem for many people.
I do apologize that you are having the same experience. Have you tried uploading the document as smaller than 600 pixels wide to see if that fixes the resolution, as our maximum width is 600 pixels.
