Hello @AbirM ,

Does decreasing the overall size / resolution of the PDF to 600-650px maximum width, prior to uploading to the Library, improve the auto-generated image's resolution at all? Or does converting it into an image within the program that made it allow it to be inserted at a higher resolution?

NO! It does not help!

Hello @placernaturecenter,

I recommend sending us an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your PDF, what steps you have taken to resolve this, and your username so we can do some additional research on this for you. Thank you!
