Lower pricing tier

I suspended my account because $45 a month is too high for my very small business. I currently have 600 contacts but if I could start fresh and upload a new list of just my most active customers, I could get below the threshold and afford to keep CC. Is there a way to do this? Also I can't even see how much the service is for less than 500 contacts- I assume it is $20 based on what I see when I am not logged in but it is not transparent.

Re: Lower pricing tier

Hey there @JennyG ,

If you're looking to manage your contacts, the best method would be to segment them out and delete the ones who've haven't been as engaged with your content.

If you already have a smaller list prepared, you can delete the entire list and reupload the clean list. Either of these methods can be done while in suspension.
