I am unable to sync my MINDBODY contacts into Constant Contact.
What I've tried:
I can see that:
How do I get the sync working correctly?
Hello @BodyEthos. I reviewed your account and found an old integration between your Mindbody and Constant Contact account that is still active. When this happens, any syncing will occur through the old integration and the new integration will show no new contacts on the lists. In order to have the new integration sync properly, you will need to remove the old integration. Since we did not create the old integration (unlike the new one which we can provide support for), you will need to contact Mindbody support to see how this can be done.
Hi Caitlin,
Where is the "old integration between your Mindbody and Constant Contact account"?
Within Constant Contact, under integrations, the Mindbody and Constant Contact integration is the only integration I seen available. As I recently connected this Mindbody account with the relevant Mindbody ID as the instructions advise, I have not seen any old integrations.
Please provide the exact steps to find the "old integration", details on how I can see the new integration versus the old integration and details on how I determine which integration is new versus old.
Specific details are what I will require to approach Mindbody about this issue and have it resolved.
Thanks,
Amy
Hi Caitlin,
I am still awaiting a response to my last message to be able to resolve this issue.
Resolving this will have a big impact on the business.

Hi @BodyEthos
While we're always happy to help, we do recommend you contact Mindbody's support directly for further assistance. The current integration existing on your account is a third-party integration that our support does not have access to remove or makes changes to. Mindbody can however assist you in removing this integration so your Constant Contact account can be connected through the MindBody tool under the Integrations tab of your Constant Contact account. Once these changes have been made your contacts will continue to sync.
Hi Frankie.P,
Thank you for coming back to me.
Yes, I am aware it is a third-party integrated app.
As per my previous message, I require specific details that Constant Contact has told me existing, as you can see them in the backend, to resolve this issue with MindBody directly.
My request is to get access to the information you have told me is causing the issue to address and resolve the error ASAP fully.
As you can imagine, without this integration working as an integral part of our businesses, customer service and marketing can not function, and this is a big reason for choosing your service as an integral part of our workflow.
Per my request…

Hi BodyEthos!
I understand that you require specific details, unfortunately we were not provided exact steps by the creators of the older MindBody integration, also known as "Classic Mindbody integration."
As previously recommended, please reach out to MindBody for assistance.
We are unable to offer any further assistance for this integration.
