For instance, accounts are charged based on both the email plan they are under and the contact level they are under. Having a large amount of contacts will increase your pricing. Have you tried bringing your level down by deleting bounces or contacts who haven't opened your email over a long period of time? If you are under our Email Plus plan you can downgrade to our basic Email Plan. We also offer discounts for prepaying accounts and non-profits.
