We are an association with about 7800 members. I am trying to figure out how to maintain my lists when our membership fluctuates. We use Member Max. Can someone help me?

Hi @DebbieC47131 ,

I'd love to be of assistance! Would you mind providing some more details about what you are trying to maintain? Are you referring to adding/deleting contacts from Constant Contact as they fluctuate on your membership platform?

At this time, it does not appear that we have any direct integration with Member Max, so managing the contacts would be a bit more of a manual process. As you get new contacts, you should be able to add them in via an excel spreadsheet, or individually.  As far as deleting members, you can delete them individually, or delete an entire list. If you'd prefer a more permanent removal of those contacts, you can also upload a file of unsubscribes. With that method, please be aware that a contact would then be required to re-subscribe themselves if you did want to mail to them through Constant Contact in the future.
