Major Glitch - HELP!!!

We have had several customers so far reach out with the same complaint. They’ve received over 10 of the same emails - see below screenshot. Can someone please investigate as to what happened? A Is it possible to recall these before more realize what has happened? Hopefully we don’t start seeing a mass of unsubscribes.

It looks like you already called and spoke with our phone support, and the case is currently being investigated by our higher level technical team. They should be reaching out within the next 1-2 business days, depending on their queue size.
