It looks like you were able to get your email scheduled, though the RSNO isn't setup. You can still unschedule the email to setup the automatic RSNO, or set up the automatic RSNO after the email is actually sent.
Were you getting any specific error messages when you try to schedule your email, or when trying to access the scheduling page? Or was it simply not loading / taking forever to load up? Do you know if the lag was occurring in other browsers or networks? Does clearing your browser cache or disabling extensions, then exiting and re-entering your browser alleviate the lag you're experiencing on our site?
