Make a great-looking email

I have recently been seeing thin lines between elements in an email. Nothing has changed with how I'm building these and I've tried adjusting the color under the design tab but it isn't working with my design. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?

For the sake of troubleshooting, I have some questions:

1. Is this occurring in multiple email programs / apps you have access to, or just one in particular?
2. Does the line's coloring match any of the other coloring in your email?
3. Is it only occurring in a singular place, or does it randomly change where and how frequent they are in each test send?
4. Do the lines occur in the same place for each opening of the tests, or do they shift between viewings?
