Malfunction in CC Software

Hello CC...How long is it feasible to fix something in the software? Your quick send is not working and I was informed that it would take several days to fix it. That seems a bit unreasonable for a business.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I do apologize for our Quicksend feature being temporarily down. Our system was experiencing technical difficulties last week, but everything should be back to working properly now.

 

If you are ever wondering whether our system is having issues or the issues have been fixed, you can always visit our status page. Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience of our system issues.

Still not working after 5 days.  Not sure why it is stated that it has been restored, but quick send feature is malfunctioning.

Thank you for reaching back out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues when using the ''Quick Send'' feature. At this time the ''Quick Send'' feature is currently functioning, to better determine why you are experiencing this issue there is some information that we would like to gather. 

 

1 - What browser are you currently experiencing this issue in? Have you tried using a different browser for testing purposes? 

2 - Do you get any error messages when using this feature? If yes, what is the message you receive and if possible provide a screen-grab of the error message.

 

You can send us this information through an email. You can send this information to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com along with a reference to this post. With this information we will be able to determine why you are currently experiencing issues when using this feature. You can also add any additional information that will assist us with locating the issue.
