Malfunction

Hi. For the first time, I scheduled a post that did not go through. It shows here the post was scheduled for today, October 20th at 6:15 am. Yet, is is 5:54 pm and it still has not posted to either account.

I'm sorry to hear the posts didn't go through. Our logs aren't really showing anything that happened, merely that it was scheduled to go out at the time that you manually re-scheduled it. If the issue occurs again, I'd recommend posting directly into the Get Help area, or calling in right away to see if our higher level technical team can pull any info.
