Hello! I am reaching out to see if anyone would know why our emails are being reported as, "Malicious" or "Suspicious"? This has been going on for weeks now!
Hello @PhilipM3 ,
If this message is showing on your side upon the email being received, it is a security element that you may need to work with your IT to address. As it stands, your account currently isn't setup for self-authentication, which is likely the biggest aspect that needs to be addressed.
Beyond self-authenticating, it may also help to make sure the email addresses you're using for sending, as well as our domains, are safelisted in the network's security:
Will,
We are set up through self authentication. We did go ahead and do this in April which is when all of this was happening and still is. What else can we do?
Then I'd advise checking your self-auth setup with your IT, to confirm the cname is properly established. Otherwise, please see the safelisting articles mentioned in my prior comment, or reach out to our Delivery team for further insight.
