Hello @neostrokenetwork ,
At this time it isn't possible to remove respondents from the report within the website, however you can export the results and delete a respondent's data that way.
I am the survey administrator. I just sent the survey email out 2 hours ago, and I got a response from someone who said he tried to submit the survey but when he clicked the submit button nothing happened. I went in to try it and see what would happen. I thought I was going in through my own email address, but it went in through his. Since I cannot remove that response, is there any way for him to try to submit again, or will it only allow one response per email address?
Hello @WVPresbytery ,
Within the new Survey Pages tool recipients of the survey link are able to submit multiple responses. However there is not a way to delete the first survey (the one that you completed) from within the product but, as my colleague previous stated you can go in and export the results and remove your test response from the exported data.
Thanks. As long as multiple responses are allowed, I can delete my response in the export as you guys have said. I was just concerned it was a one response per email address situation.
