Managing, removing, and preventing bounced emails

My  bounce rate recently (last 3 mailings) went from an average of 6% to 69%.  All bounces had "blocked" as the reason.  Any ideas what's going on?

Typically when there's such a dramatic increase in bounces, especially a specific one like blocked, there's either an issue with the authentication or something external. If you have your own domain for your organization, I'd recommend switching to self-authentication to see if that will resolve your deliverability issue. Otherwise, I'd strongly recommend reaching out to our Deliverability team for further, specialized assistance.
