Hi,
I have an older subscriber who was, for some reason, unsubscribed. When I sent her the approval message to allow the system to resubscribe her, she didn't understand and we lost that opportunity. Constant Contact then sent it for me, but she says she didn't receive it. (She has no idea how to locate her spam messages.). Then CC said if she sent the church an email requesting to be resubscribed, they would do it for me manually. I sent her the text to cut and paste to send the email to the church and she doesn't understand what to do. She is very upset that she is not getting her weekly church notice, but I have run out of options. Does anyone know how I can help this sweet lady?
Thanks!
Hi @FRSOffAdm
The two methods of resubsctibing your contacts are the methods we do recommend! However if you have a sign-up form connected to your account you can send its link to the unsubscribe contact. If you do not, here is how you can create a lead generation landing page for your contact to resubscribe through.
